Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully experience all features before purchasing. Within 7 days of purchase, if you encounter unresolvable technical issues, you can request a full refund.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • Software has major defects that cannot be fixed by updates
  • Software is incompatible with your device (device info required)
  • Duplicate purchase (accidental multiple purchases)

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days since purchase
  • Software used in violation of terms of service
  • Issues caused by user's own actions (e.g., not reading instructions)
  • After receiving technical support that resolved the issue
  • Subjective belief that software doesn't meet expectations (please try before buying)

Refund Process

  1. Email handymote@hteamwork.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Provide your proof of purchase (order number/payment screenshot)
  3. Describe the reason for refund and specific issues encountered
  4. We will respond and process within 3 business days

Refund Timeline

After refund approval, funds will be returned via the original payment method within 5-10 business days:

  • WeChat Pay: typically 1-3 days
  • PayPal: typically 3-5 days

Special Cases

  • Annual subscriptions: If you encounter persistent unresolvable issues during the subscription period, you may receive a prorated refund based on remaining time
  • Lifetime licenses: Not eligible for refund after 30 days from purchase
