License Grant

HandyMote grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only
Annual subscription allows activation on 1 device
Lifetime license allows activation on up to 3 devices
You may not share, resell, or transfer your license key to others

Usage Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software
You may not use the software for any illegal purposes
You may not remove or modify any copyright notices in the software

All intellectual property rights in HandyMote software and related content (including but not limited to code, graphics, interface design) belong to the HandyMote team. Purchasing a license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the software will meet all your needs or that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the HandyMote team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Your license will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of these terms of service. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modified terms will be effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
